REFUND POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, when returning your item/s we recommend using a traceable service (The cost of which is to be bared by you) as we cannot be held responsible for items being returned to us until they are received by us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EXCEPTIONS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as soaps) that have been opened or partly used. Items damaged after they have been received. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
It’s important to note that our free shipping is extended as a discount. In the event of returned items diminishing your order value below the ‘Free when you spend’ threshold, the shipping discount initially applied will be reclaimed.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please bear in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping Policy
We will aim to dispatch your order within 3-5 working days. If your order is placed over the weekend or bank holiday, this will be dispatched within 5 working days. Please bear in mind that during busy periods (i.e. Christmas) order dispatch may take slightly longer but we aim to dispatch as soon as possible.
At point of order you can choose from the following delivery options:
- Royal Mail 2nd Class (up to 2kg in weight) £4
- Royal Mail 2nd Class (above 2kg in weight) – an additional £4
You will receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that prices quoted are for mainland UK addresses and that parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight may incur additional postage costs.

Once your order has been placed, we cannot make changes to the order address or items within the order. For this reason, please always check that your details are correct before completing your order.
We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
